Tonight We Ride, LLC of Lakeville, Minnesota is recalling all lots of its Ultimate Forza male supplement down to the consumer level. The FDA posted the recall on October 24, 2026, after testing found hidden prescription drug ingredients. No adverse events or complaints have been reported to date.
What's Being Recalled?
Two Ultimate Forza products are affected. The Multi-Capsule Box is Item #810208, UPC 868592000002, and holds ten blue hard-shell capsules. The Single Pack is Item #810222, UPC 868592000040, and holds one capsule. Because every lot is recalled, no lot numbers or best-by dates apply. The products were sold from 2017 through October 1, 2026, at certain independently owned and operated GNC franchise locations in the US. They were not sold through GNC corporate stores. The FDA lists no states and no price.
Why Was This Product Recalled?
GNC's third-party testing found undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine. The FDA says these ingredients make the product an unapproved drug whose safety and efficacy have not been established. Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients in the prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, which are meant to be used under a licensed health care professional's supervision. They may interact with nitrates, found in some prescription drugs such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease often take nitrates. Dapoxetine is not FDA-approved and is chemically in the SSRI class of antidepressants. Consumption has been shown to increase the risk of suicidal thinking and behavior in children, adolescents and young adults.
What Should You Do?
Stop using the product immediately. Check your box or single pack for the Ultimate Forza name and the UPCs above. Unopened or partially used product can be returned to a GNC store for a full refund.
