Fashion Brand Apparel Recalls QZH DUAO Pajama Sets

Product Recall Alert

Fashion Brand Apparel is recalling about 300 QZH.DUAO Children's Pajama Sets because they violate the mandatory U.S. safety standards for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of serious burn injuries. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall on October 29, 2026. No incidents or injuries have been reported. Protecting your household can also protect your wallet, since a full refund is available.

What's Being Recalled?

The recall covers QZH.DUAO Children's Pajama Sets, each made up of a short-sleeve top and matching pants. They came in these colors and patterns: Pink Bow, Pink, Black, Light Blue, Purple, Mint Green, Hot Pink, Pink Bowknot, Blue Bowknot, Pink Strawberry and Pink Bow Flower. Sizes range from 4-5T through 13-14 years. The sets were manufactured in China and sold online at Amazon.com from February 2026 through July 2026 for about $23. The recall notice lists no model, lot or UPC codes, so you will need to identify the product by the QZH.DUAO name.

Why Was This Product Recalled?

The pajama sets do not meet the mandatory flammability standards for children's sleepwear. According to the CPSC, that creates a risk of serious burn injuries. Children's sleepwear rules exist because kids' nightwear can ignite more easily if it does not meet those standards. No injuries or incidents have been reported so far.

What Should You Do?

Stop using the pajama sets immediately and contact Fashion Brand Apparel for a full refund. To qualify, cut the pajamas in half and email a photo of the destroyed set to [email protected]. Then dispose of the destroyed product. If you are unsure whether you own an affected set, check your Amazon order history for the QZH.DUAO name. You can also reach the CPSC hotline at 800-638-2772. If a child has been injured, report it at SaferProducts.gov.
